As we grow, more and more of the programmes – and especially the GREAT customer service programme – are delivered by our ever-widening UK facilitation team.  The team is led by Scott Rumsey (lead trainer) and Graham Roberts-Phelps (lead consultant) and continues to expand:

We also deliver customer service training internationally, sometimes virtually (using UK-based trainers), sometimes face-to-face (either sending a UK trainer or, particularly for delivery in other languages, using a more local trainer).
