GREAT public service workshops
These GREAT sessions are a mix of half-day workshops (face-to-face) and 90-minute virtual sessions. They are delivered by our lead consultant, Amanda Dudman. Sessions can be tailored according to organisational need and / or the skill level of the participants.
‘Delivering GREAT customer service’ and ‘Dealing with difficult customer situations’ work very well as a pair. Otherwise, all sessions are stand-alone.
