Our 1-to-1 Customer Service Training is designed for individuals who want focused, tailored support to build confidence, capability and consistency in how they deliver customer service. Whether you’re supporting a new team member, developing a high-potential colleague, or addressing specific customer service challenges, our 1-to-1 approach provides the space to focus on what really matters.
Our recommended format is a programme of three x two-hour bite-size sessions, delivered virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams and typically spaced a week or so apart.
This structure allows time between sessions for:
- Reflection and real-world application
- Practice and experimentation
- Review, feedback and fine-tuning
The result is learning that sticks – and translates directly into day-to-day performance.
1-to-1 training is delivered by Scott Rumsey, our Lead Customer Service Trainer. Scott is an experienced trainer and coach, known for his warm, supportive and engaging style. He also brings extensive sector experience ensuring sessions are grounded in real-world understanding and context.
Our 1-to-1 programmes combine practical customer service training with a coaching-style approach. Sessions are highly interactive, supportive and engaging, enabling individuals to:

- Build practical tools and techniques they can use immediately
- Develop confidence, self-awareness and resilience
