Overview
Rachel is an accomplished training and HR professional with a passion for empowering people to deliver exceptional service.
With a degree in Sociology (with Psychology) and a strong foundation in HR, she began her career in Kodak’s management consultancy group, specialising in behavioural skills training across management, team, and personal development programmes.
Much of Rachel’s work at Kodak focused on supporting the customer service, call centre, and sales & marketing divisions. She played a key role in equipping frontline teams with the tools and confidence to provide outstanding customer experiences. By travelling to Kodak’s global offices to gather and implement best practices, Rachel earned a reputation as a perceptive and practical trainer who knows how to drive service excellence.
After ten successful years at Kodak, Rachel established her own learning and development consultancy. She has since worked with a wide range of sectors — from financial and professional services to manufacturing, education, IT, and government — helping client organisations boost service quality through better communication, collaboration, and performance.
Rachel’s training style is people-centred, practical, and impactful. She creates safe, inclusive environments where individuals feel at ease and open to learning. Whether working one-on-one or with teams, she tailors each session to the client’s specific goals and challenges, ensuring that the learning sticks and makes a difference. Participants consistently leave her sessions with greater confidence, sharper communication skills, and a deeper understanding of how their behaviours influence customer relationships and business outcomes.
Rachel firmly believes that strong service starts with strong people — and she’s dedicated her career to developing both.
